Refund Policy – Lénaia Hair Couture
At Lénaia Hair Couture, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Each order is prepared with the utmost care and checked before shipment.
If, however, a product does not meet your expectations, you have a legal period to request an exchange or a refund, according to the conditions below.
💬 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification being necessary.
To do this, simply contact us by email at ......... indicating your order number.
📦 Return conditions
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must:
must be new, unused and unworn.
be in its original, unopened packaging (especially for extensions or wigs, for hygiene reasons),
must be returned complete and in perfect condition.
Unfortunately, any item that has been used, worn, washed, cut or damaged cannot be refunded or exchanged.
🔁 Return Procedure
Contact us to validate your return request.
Once the request is accepted, you will receive instructions and the shipping address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
💰 Refund
After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after the return has been validated.
In the event of a product being damaged upon receipt or an error in the order, the return costs will of course be covered by Lénaia Hair Couture.
⚠️ Non-refundable products
For hygiene reasons, opened or used extensions, wigs, and hair products cannot be returned or refunded.
Gift cards and special offers are also non-refundable.
